How it works
For people looking for opportunities
- No account, CV or phone number needed to browse, share or apply.
- Share any opportunity on WhatsApp or elsewhere, copy it, or download it as a PDF.
- Tell a friend about the site: tap Share at the top of any page to send it by WhatsApp, Messenger, email and more.
- If an email, link or phone number in a listing does not work, tap Cannot apply? on the listing. We pass the problem on to the organization so they can fix it.
- Choose light or dark colours, and larger or smaller text, with the buttons at the top (see Display).
- Apply directly to the organization using the instructions on each listing.
For organizations posting opportunities
- Create a free poster account with your organization name, email, phone and a password.
- Optionally add your logo (in your account settings or on a single posting) and a PDF of the posting. These are public, and our team may check them before they appear.
- See which of your postings get the most apply clicks, the best days and hours, and how you compare with the whole site, in your dashboard.
- Your first listing gets a quick human check before it goes live (usually within 24 hours).
- After that, normal listings go live right away. Listings flagged by our safety checks or reported by visitors get a quick review first.
Stay safe
Never send money to obtain a job or opportunity unless you independently verify that the payment is legitimate. Do not share passwords, PINs, banking credentials, or unnecessary identity documents. Verify the organization and application instructions before submitting sensitive information. Report suspicious opportunities to Jobs for All using the Report link on each listing.
Jobs for All provides a platform for discovering opportunities. Users should independently verify organizations, application instructions, requests for money, and other important details before taking action. We review listings and act on reports, but we cannot guarantee that every opportunity posted by a third party is legitimate.
Posting rules
- Post real, current opportunities under your real organization name.
- Never ask applicants to pay to apply, be interviewed, trained, placed or hired. (Tenders may state an official bid document fee.)
- Never ask for passwords, PINs, bank or mobile money details.
- Give an accurate title, location, deadline and a clear way to apply.
- No misleading claims, such as guaranteed jobs or quick money.
- No discriminatory, sexual, exploitative or illegal content. Nothing that puts a child or another person at risk, such as child abuse, trafficking or sexual exploitation. We treat these reports as urgent.
- Only publish contact details that applicants need. Do not publish other people's personal information.
- Pause or delete a listing once it is filled.
- Logos and PDF files must follow the same rules. Only upload files you have the right to use.
Our automatic checks look for wording linked to scams, trafficking and the sexual exploitation of children or adults. A listing with that wording is held for a person to read before anyone can see it. Words in a PDF or a picture cannot be read by these checks, so reports from visitors matter. Use Report this opportunity and choose the child safety option if something worries you.
We review first listings, listings flagged by our checks and listings reported by visitors. We may reject, pause or remove listings, and pause or suspend accounts that break these rules. Rejected listings show the reason in your dashboard so you can fix and resubmit them.
Privacy
If you are looking for opportunities
We do not ask for your name, phone number or CV to browse, share or apply. Saved opportunities stay on your device.
Email alerts
If you set an alert, we keep your email address and alert choices only to send you matching opportunities. We ask you to confirm first, and unconfirmed alerts are deleted after 7 days. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your alert.
If you post opportunities
Your phone number is private. Your account phone number will not be displayed publicly on Jobs for All unless you deliberately enter that number as public application contact information. Your account email is also private. Any phone number, email address, website or other contact information that you enter in a listing's "How to apply" section will be visible to visitors.
Statistics
We count views, apply clicks, saves, shares, copies, downloads and prints on each listing, the number of visits to the site, the days and hours when people use it, and totals of what people search for (including searches that find nothing). If you are a poster, we also count how many invitations to post are sent from poster dashboards, by type of invitation and by method, but never who they were sent to. These are kept as totals, not as profiles of people. To avoid counting the same action twice, your browser keeps a random code; we store only a scrambled version of it and delete it within two days. Search words that look like email addresses, phone numbers or links are not recorded.
When someone shares the site, we count it by method (for example WhatsApp or email) and never who it was sent to. The counter on the home page shows the total number of visits. It is a count of visits, not of people.
We use aggregated and anonymized platform data to improve our services and understand broader opportunity and workforce trends. We do not sell your personal information.
"Cannot apply?" messages
If a visitor tells us that an email, link or phone number does not work, we keep the reason, a short optional note (links in it are removed) and the date. We do not ask for a name or contact details. The poster sees it in their dashboard and can mark it fixed. The scrambled device codes that stop the same message being counted twice are deleted after 7 days, and old messages are deleted after a few months.
Logos and PDF files
A logo or PDF uploaded by a poster is public: anyone with the link can open it, and it can be copied or shared. Logos are shrunk and re-saved by the site before they are stored. Do not upload anything you do not want to be public.
Display settings
Your choice of light or dark colours and your text size are saved on your own device so the site looks the same next time. They are never sent to us.
